  TPACK tech integration model

  Many of us have heard of the SAMR technology integration model, but are you familiar with TPACK? I mean, SAMR is great, but one of the things I don’t like is the visual hierarchy associated with the infographic visual representations. The TPACK model is a more holistic approach to tech integration, taking into account content, pedagogical and technology knowledge. I feel like it lines up with vocational education a bit more because you can start where we tradespeople are most comfortable (content) and work our way out from there.

  What are your thoughts, experiences? In your centres, do you have a tech integration model that you follow?
