Keep in mind the safety of Indigenous students and how you might support  them. 

It is important to be aware that there may be some issues of sensitivity  towards the material in this resource and it may be triggering for some  Indigenous students whether they have self-identified or not. You cannot  assume anything.  

It is recommended that you do a check-in with all students both before and  after the material is presented to share emotions and debrief. Observe your students, and if further support is needed, students should not  be singled out.
