Description
This learning experience really examines how we may be holding conscious or unconscious bias towards Indigenous Peoples. There is a chart on slide 6 that you may wish to reproduce as an activity. Slide 9 has a link to an audio file that is 27 minutes long however if time is short you can start the audio at 11:20 minutes.
Students will be aware of their own possible biases and discuss how these might impact their role in health care.
Suggested use: #3 IHN Relational Approaches
#3 HAN Communicating in a Care Team
