EPC-VT October 🍁 meeting summary

Hello everyone!

October’s meeting opened with welcome and housekeeping notes. Participants were reminded to update their contact information in the shared Pedagogical Consultants Directory and to review the draft of the In-House Evaluations document. Creating a shared drive list of resources and guided tour was tabled for next time. The group organized the introductory meetings for the EPC-VT mission and branding project and Book Club for October 29 at 10:30 and 11:00 respectively in our regular meeting channel.  Updates were given on the EPC-VT collaboration dossiers, and the Human.AI and Education Summit has recorded sessions available until Oct 28. Various resource materials, including Eduspeak and support for new teachers, were presented or discussed. Round table items covered topics like nursing stage regulations, teacher onboarding, classroom norms, and Project pédagogique personnel (PPP) inquiries. Clear tasks were assigned for the next meeting, including adding tabled items and reviewing key documents. Our next meeting is Tuesday, November 19 at 13:00.
