EPC-VT Circle February 💖 Meeting Summary

Hello Everyone!

During our February 17th meeting, we covered a variety of issues, from logistical questions about competency codes and English exams in GeXamine, to the ‘Unlocking Impact Project’ with progress updates and soliciting EPC-VT’s input on the project design with an online form (this will be sent shortly) and a discussion next meeting. We shared information about STC harmonization and upcoming QACVE and PROCEDE conferences.  We also touched upon using large language models to help with creating evaluations. A significant part of our discussion has revolved around our group’s goals—we’ve hit a bit of a wall, despite identifying common themes. Everyone values this group as a comfortable place for sharing experiences, which is a huge benefit since we often work alone.  The Book Club discussed chapters 3 & 4, touching on themes of data collection techniques that centre voices from the margins.  Our next meeting will be online on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 13:00-15:00.
