EPC-VT August 🏕️ Meeting Summary

Hello everyone!

During our ‘pre-season’ session, we took a moment to reconnect with each other and housekeeping bits before diving into a roundtable update. Members shared key developments, including the arrival of a draft of the new SASSHI program, updates on the pending cooking DEP, and centres developing projects for the U de S BVE. Robin introduced the Unlocking Impact project and invited future collaboration. We reviewed and assigned updates to foundational documents such as the PC contact list, communications templates, and calendar of activities. Tasks were distributed to streamline processes: from updating meeting invites and Drive setup to refreshing onboarding documents and defining our group norms. SMART goals and values-based discussions will be brought into future meetings. For September, members are reminded to bring their Centre’s Educational Plan and complete the contact & meeting date sheets. Our next meeting, on September 16 from 13:00-15:00 will officially kick off the 2025-26 year.
